Provision of People and Culture Development Services for MRPV

⁠⁠⁠MRPV was formed on 1 July 2018 and consists largely of employees from the previous VicRoads Major Projects division creating a more intergrated approach to project delivery acrpss the broader Victorian transport portfolio.

MRPV is a dedicated government body charged with planning and delivering major road projects for metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. Our projects include new roads, road widenings, new bridges and major freeway upgrades. With these projects, we’ll reduce congestion and travel times, improve safety, connect communities and improve the roads people rely on every day.

As part of the People and Culture Development Services for the MRPV panel, Service Providers will be engaged on an ‘as required’ basis to work with MRPV to develop, provide specialist advice and / or deliver one or more of the following range of services:

• Culture, Engagement and Team Development
• Capability and Skill development
• Change Management Services
• Coaching and Leadership services
• General HR Services

It is intended that engagement with Services Providers will, after being briefed by MRPV People and Culture staff, be around the design and development of materials. Facilitation services may be required; however, this will be confirmed at each individual engagement. Under the terms of engagement, co-located services to provide specialist advice for short term engagements may also be required.
