⁠⁠⁠INVITATION TO OFFER (ITO): SLQ 020/2020 Provision of cafe services for State Library of Queensland

The State of Queensland acting though the Library Board Queensland trading as State Library of Queensland (State Library) is seeking offers from suppliers to submit an offer for the management and operational service delivery of a café.

The State Library has a Head Lease Agreement with the State of Queensland through the Department of Environment and Science as represented by Arts Queensland. The cafe at State Library is a premise to which State Library wishes to sub-lease to a successful supplier as a result of this ITO process. The successful supplier will enter into a Sub-Lease Agreement (the Agreement) for a fixed term of five (5) years with the possibility of an extension at the discretion of State Library.
