Tender Description
The scope of works includes design and construction of a new change room facility. Council will be considering the following during the tender assessment process.
Quality of materials and fixtures specified
Warranties
Approximate size 18 m x 10 m footprint
2 x change room areas (male/female)
4 x shower cubicles in each room
3 x toilet cubicles in each room
Option to supply and install a demountable building.
Areas to comply with AFL guidelines and quantities of items for fit-out.
