Wyndham City Council is seeking the services of a suitably qualified, innovative and experienced design consultant team to undertake full design services to deliver a permanent solution to the roofing issues currently being experienced at Eagle Stadium indoor sports facility.

The scope of project works includes:

• Background review of existing design and reports
• Development of Design Options
• Design Development of preferred option
• Contract Documentation for construction
• Contract Administration during the Construction phase
• The team is to provide services that will ensure the timely delivery of the project.
• The design consultant team will be led by a Principal Consultant who will take complete responsibility for the full design of the project. The Principal Consultant will lead a Consultant team of suitably qualified and experienced sub-consultants. The Principal Consultant is to undertake all design, coordination, project management and administrative work required to successfully deliver the project
