Grounds Maintenance Services

⁠⁠⁠The services of an experienced supplier are being sought to manage, maintain and enhance the grounds and gardens of The Lodge to a high standard commensurate with an official residence and in line with conservation and heritage requirements.

In order to receive the RFT and related documents you must complete and submit the attached Deed Poll which includes a site visit registration form.

Other Instructions:

A mandatory site visit is planned for the period 10 March to 13 March. Tenderers must complete and submit a site visit registration form along with a Tenderer’s Deed Poll by 12 noon 2 March 2020 to RFT-RA000561@pmc.gov.au

The RFT documentation will be issued to select tenderers via a passcode subject to correctly submitted Deed Poll.
