Mid-Coast Council is situated on the Lower North Coast of NSW and covers an area of more than 10,000 square kilometres. Taree is the largest town in the Council area and is 312 kilometres north of Sydney and 173 kilometres north of Newcastle.
ABOUT THE TENDER: This tender is for undertaking reconstruction of Deep Creek Bridge on Wherrol Flat Road, including road approaches and reconstruction of Browns Creek Bridge on Bunyah Rd, including road approaches. Works shall include, but not be limited to; removal of existing timber structures and stacking of redundant timber components for MCC collection, all associated earthworks with bridge and road construction activities to make smooth joins with the existing road network, installation of both subsoil and subsurface drainage and stabilisation of disturbed areas, bulk earthworks, piles, piers, abutments, headstocks, deck beams, decks, parapets, safety rails, construction of road pavement, stormwater drainage, sediment and erosion control, landscaping, retaining walls, fencing, and signposting.
SITE VISIT TENDER MEETING: Thursday 27th February 2020 at 10:00 am at Deep Creek Bridge then onto Browns Creek Bridge.
