EOI Provide Catering at the Order of the Outback Ball 2020

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) to supply catering for the Order of the Outback Ball to be held at the Burke Shire Nijinda Durlga Community Hall on Saturday 11 July 2020.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a 3 course meal at the Ball. Full use of the Nijinda Dulga
Kitchen facilities will be available.

Persons or organisations providing an EOI will be required to:

• Provide a price per head for seatings of between 120 and 200.
• Provide settings and cutlery for seating of up to 200
• Provide all food required for the 3 course seatings
• Provide staff for table service and setup for service
• Comply with all appropriate food standards.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Cleaning up kitchen area at end of event
• Liaise with event organisers prior to and at the event to ensure logistical requirements are met
