Tender Description
The purpose of this RFP process is to invite suitably qualified consultants to undertake a review, and to investigate and develop Health and Safety requirements and processes within the Sport, Recreation and Environment (SRE) portfolio of the Rotorua Lakes Council.
Participants must be HASNZ affiliated.
The key elements of this work include:
- Identifying the H&S compliance requirements across SRE and develop a SRE H&S Plan
- Conduct a gap analysis of current processes, documentation, sites and activities, staff knowledge and capability
- Provide recommendations and actions to address gaps/risks in order to deliver the Plan
- Provide recommendations for resourcing and ongoing learning and development of staff.
