Tender Description
Scope of Works
- Relocate 2 existing single floor crib huts
- Remove a 6m section of breezeway to make room for the new crib hut
- Disconnect & remove 2 x crib huts & 1 office (RTIO owned). Appliances to be relocated to new crib
- Level pad and run electrical, water and sewer lines
- Install a new 160 person crib (stair pads required)
- Install working drainage 3 x pits + piping as per Onyx design
