Tenders are invited for the Design and Construction of a Modular Sports Pavilion at Pettys Reserve, 61-77 Reynolds Road, Templestowe, VIC 3106
The works shall comprise, but not limited to, design, fabrication, transportation, handling and installation of modular sports pavilion building, including associated site works, services to new layout and standards as detailed in the documents available for download.
Work components include all site investigation and design work, labour, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, plant, demolition, excavation, site preparation and modification, testing, inspection, commissioning and all other general conditions required to satisfy the scope of works.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
