This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Senior ICT Client Support Officer will provide technical leadership and guidance to the Client Support team to ensure the delivery of responsive, reliable and respectful on-site and remote client support and advice covering all elements of the ICT workstation environment including desktop, laptop, telephony, mobile and peripheral devices.
They will also maintain and promote a strong client focused technology service culture to support Comcare’s business operations.
