Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to:
• Providing Technical Assurance of solutions across a broad range of ICT infrastructure environments;
• Developing, contributing and reviewing technology and system architecture artefacts (solution designs / blueprints);
• Ensuring artefacts produced are fit for purpose, adhere to the architecture standards and patterns, and are suitable for approval to the respective governance boards;
• Determining traceability of ICT Detailed Design to higher level documentation;
• Translating business requirements into functional system requirements by conducting complex/technical researching and analysis activities;
• Providing technical leadership, guidance and support in the deployment of complex applications and systems in the Department’s ICT environment;
• Driving and delivering innovation to meet broader DIBP requirements;
• Provision of strategic guidance, leadership to team members including developing, coaching and mentorship of junior or less experienced staff to ensure appropriate skills transfer; and
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with specific business owners, system owners and delivery teams.
Specified Personnel will be expected to transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff and ensure appropriate documentation is stored in accordance with the Department’s recordkeeping policy and practices.
The Specified Personnel will also be responsible for producing the following deliverables, including but not limited to:
• System Requirements;
• Solution Overview / High Level System Design Document;
• Security Solution Architecture Document;
• Status Reports and briefing material; and
• Improvement strategies and plans aligned with broader Department strategies and delivery management arrangements.
