The Carlton Football Club (CFC) in conjunction with the Victorian Government, Federal Government, Australian Football League (AFL) and City of Melbourne, is seeking an experienced Contractor to provide Design Management and Construction Services to the Ikon Park

Redevelopment Project Control Group (PCG) for the redevelopment of Ikon Park.
Carlton Football Club Ltd (CFC: the Principal) has engaged Duo Projects Pty Ltd (Duo Projects) as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the project.

The current estimate of construction costs and associated works including consultant's costs, contingencies and other costs associated with the redevelopment is approximately $40 - $60 million.
