The Health Design Lab (the Lab) is an internal section within the Department of Health which supports business teams with human-centred design tools and methodologies to help them explore and address complex problems.
The Lab is currently undertaking a major project with a partnering business areas which requires a large and broad discovery of the current policy and service delivery landscape. The Lab is seeking support for providing user research recruitment of two identified cohorts, and for supporting user research activities for both patients and medical professionals. This includes the production of a user insights report for these cohorts.
Work has begun to identify locations to engage these cohorts, however recruitment activities will need to be provided
Activities required will include: complete research participant screener, recruitment of participants, manage/schedule logistics, handle incentive payments (if required), support interviews, support synthesis for these cohorts (including populating an issues tree) and write findings report.
