Council recently initiated a Fleet Optimisation project to improve utilisation rates and to achieve the most efficient use of the fleet. This included an internal audit of the current fleet management practices and identified opportunities to review and improve the current framework with clear policies and procedures.

Council are seeking quotes from appropriately qualified and experienced consultants to undertake two projects to assist in the efficiency and utilisation of the current fleet as well as develop strategy for the future growth.

This request for quotes is broken into two projects and each project must be quoted on separately.
