South Gippsland Water invites tenders for installation of sewer rising main pipeline along Watt Street, Wonthaggi.

The works consist of extending the existing Watt Street Sewage Pump Station rising main as follows;

• Supply and install 505m of DN180 PE100 PN16 pipe.
• Install air valve arrangements at 2 No. (two) locations.
• Construct 1 No. (one) cast in-situ 1050mm ID manhole over an existing sewer to discharge rising mains into, including epoxy coating.
• Decommission approximately 13m of existing sewer rising main including plugging and grouting.

Sewer rising main installation works shall be achieved through trenchless method(s) as far as practicable

A mandatory site meeting and inspection will commence at 9:00am on Thursday 20th February 2020 at the SGW Wonthaggi Depot, located at 49 Watt street, Wonthaggi.
