The Surf Coast Shire Council invites tender from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of an end-to-end, smart technology Parking Overstay Detection System.

Council is seeking a fully managed cloud-based system. The Supplier is responsible for supply, install, commissioning and on-going maintenance of the system.

The solution is to include the installation of in-ground parking motion sensors at nominated sites within Surf Coast Shire. The sensors are required to transmit accurate live data in a graphic format, alerting Council's parking officer (on their existing hand held devices) if a vehicle exceeds the allowed stay.
