Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Knox City Council (Council) is seeking tenders for the upgrade of Rumann & Benedickt Reserve, Scoresby and R.D Egan Lee Reserve, Knoxfield.

The work to be performed under the contract are as following:

  •  Site preparation and earthworks;
  •  Minor drainage works;
  •  Concrete paths;
  •  Supply and installation of outdoor gym equipment station;
  •  Supply and installation of a bespoke picnic shelter;
  •  Supply and installation of bespoke park furniture;
  •  Supply and installation of new playground;
  •  Planting of new trees and plants; and
  •  13 week maintenance and establishment period.

- Rumann and Benedikt Reserve, 39-53 Rosehill Street SCORESBY VIC 3179
