Tender Description
City of Ballarat is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced individuals and companies to provide repair, maintenance and servicing of Automatic Doors at Council Facilities.
The type of works would include but not limited to:
- General repairs and maintenance to Councils Auto Doors as required;
- Servicing & preventative maintenance every four (4) months in accordance with AS Standards and as per manufacturers recommendations;
- Replacement of parts, motors etc. as required (parts and equipment to be from reputable manufacturers only);
- Emergency response and attendance to site when breakdowns occur including after hours;
- Any other applicable services
