Tender Description
Development of an integrated navigation platform (e.g. communication resources and website) for the psychosocial service system, ensuring EMPHN, state-based and NDIS psychosocial services are easy to navigate for consumers, GPs and service providers, with a view to minimising gaps for consumers wishing to access support. This includes re-branding and promotion of EMPHN's Referral and Access Team.
The platform must provide information and resources for consumers, carers and providers in the EMPHN region, including development of targeted resources and communication collateral for priority groups within the EMPHN catchment.
