Tender Description
The project involves the pavement reconstruction of Lake Street, Caroline Springs and site clean-up in accordance with the design drawings.
Works for these projects include but are not limited to the following;
- Site establishment, fencing, traffic and pedestrian management.
- Profiling of road pavement
- Installation of 215mm deep lift asphalt.
- Construction of raised pedestrian crossing including concrete works.
- Linemarking
- Clean-up of the site
To minimise impact on the community, works requiring road closures to key access ways is to be done at night. An information session will be held with the business owners affected prior to works and is to be attended by the successful contractor. The works adjacent to the War Memorial near the lake should be complete and cleaned by 25 April due to ANZAC Day events.
