Tender Description
The City of Kingston is seeking public tenders to design (shop drawings), supply and Install a purpose-built greens keeper storage shed. The proposed new shed will be shared between Cricket Netball and Football.
Initial survey indicates a minimum of Sixty (60) square meters is required to house the greens keeper's equipment. This tender is for Supply and Install (including design/shop drawings) a solution that complies the detailed scope of works.
The primary objective for this construction project is to provide compliant storage facilities for the Regents Park greens keeper, located to provide easy access to the sporting field.
The facility is intended to be divided into 3 lockable sections to accommodate the three different types of sport played on the reserve. The shed will house items including but not limited to:
- Cricket pitch rollers
- Lawn mowers
- Canvas covers
- Line making equipment
- Paint
- Goal post padding
The building will need to be adequately engineered to be able to withstand weight of the equipment. During this project council would like to take the opportunity to upgrade existing inground services to the immediate area.
