Tender Description
Central Highlands Water (CHW) is seeking submissions from suitably experienced and resourced contractors to establish a panel contract arrangement to develop and execute innovative and creative communication and engagement campaigns in line with CHW's strategic plans, key themes and messages.
The Contract will be for an initial three (3) year term with provision for a further two (2) year extension at CHW's discretion.
