This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Federal Payment Management System (FPMS) supports the end-to-end administration process for arranged payments from the Treasury to Australian States and Territories.
The current system is no longer deemed fit for purpose. Options were considered for remediation or replacement of the current technical solution. This was based on a need for business to manage the approval and payment process more completely within a cost effective, centralised solution . A principle-based approach was used to assess opportunities for the future solution, and A hybrid solution utilising Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft SharePoint and Technology One was chosen to replace the current TM1-based.
Prior to going live, the solution requires a penetration test be undertaken so vulnerabilities can be identify and recommended mitigations can be implemented.
Deliverables should include a pentation test report using personas such as an unregistered user against external facing portal and as a registered user within the portal without privileged access. Report should at the least includes identified vulnerabilities, recommended treatments and guidance to implement recommendations.
