CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE OF SECOND HAND MARQUEE

Moyne Shire Council has for sale Marquee
6x9 metres purchased in 2009
White Polyester Canvas Walls and Roof with Steel Frame.

The successful tenderer is to at their own cost, (make their own arrangements) for the removal of the Moyne Shire Logo

• Tenderers are requested to arrange an inspection of the Marquee with Ms Elise Ploenges, 1300656564
• Council will consider all offers received.
• Marquee to be sold in “As is” condition
• Council reserves the right to negotiate with preferred tenderers, and reserves right not to accept any offer.
• Upon notification of acceptance, the successful tenderer must deposit the full amount of the tendered price with Council by electronic transfer of funds or by bank cheque. If this payment is not made within 7 days of notification of acceptance, the notification may be withdrawn.
• The Marquee will be available for handover to the successful tenderer upon confirmation of receipt of payment of the full tendered price (including GST).

• The successful tenderer is to at their own cost, (make their own arrangements) for picking up and for the transportation of the Marquee from Badhams Lane Tip Crossley at a time to suit Council. Contact details will be given to the successful tenderer prior to removal.
• The Marquee must be removed within 4 weeks of notification of acceptance of tender.
• The attached Quotation Form must be completed, signed, and emailed to moyne@moyne.vic.gov.au
