Tender Description

The ACNC intends to make several changes to the type of information that is collected via the Annual Information Statement for 2020. This includes functionality to enable charities to classify their charitable programs using a taxonomy of subject classifications, and provide location information for each program. The ACNC is seeking to engage a supplier to deliver the following outcomes by 30 June 2020:

Develop the 2020 Annual Information Statement online form in iApply;
Prototype form designs and interactions based on current form styling and available wireframes of Charity Program form pages by ACNC;
Implement mechanism within 2020 AIS iApply form for users to search through the taxonomy, stored in the ACNC’s Azure Search resource, and select a subject;
Implement location-based search functionality using the Google Maps API to allow users to search and select various types of locations for their charitable programs;
Produce as-built designs and configurations of solutions;
Addition of 2020 AIS year to Withholding form;
Updating APIs and integration systems in iApply necessary for the correct submission and pre-population of the 2020 AIS;
Supporting other vendors for inter-dependent activities for the end-to-end capturing, management and publication of 2020 AIS information and form functionality, including data integrations with Microsoft Dynamics.
