Tender Description
This Supplier Panel is for Physical Works Suppliers, for the provision of Roading Related Contract Services to upgrade unsealed access roads formed on Council owned paper roads (that are not currently maintained by Council) to a public road standard. The overall road extents project is based on 32 separate access roads that are built on, or partially on, legal road reserve and are not currently maintained by Council.
The following list of activities gives an indication of the types of work that will be covered by this panel contract: unsealed road overlays, unsealed pavement widening, unsealed road shaping/grading, earthworks, drain cleaning/shaping and upgrading (including some scour protection such as rock lining), culvert installations, repairs and replacements, culvert inlet and outlet scour protection (rock, flumes etc), minor structures (e.g. rock rip-rap walls, gabion baskets etc.), tree & vegetation removal and trimming, minor signage installation, fence relocation & temporary traffic management.
