Tender Description
Ashburton District Council (ADC) propose to develop Stage Two of the Ashburton Business Estate.
Stage Two of the Ashburton Business Estate is divided into two distinct areas, Area A and Area B. Area A is comprised of 31 lots with areas of approximately 2,400m2 to 4,300m2 and has a total site area of 12 hectares. Area B is comprised of 18 lots with areas of approximately 1ha to 1.3ha and has a total site area of 21ha.
The proposed construction works include:
- Roading
- Stormwater drainage
- Wastewater drainage
- Water supply
- Landscaping
- Street lighting
- Trenching and ducting for utilities
