Tender Description
The Ministry has identified the need for improved amenities for building users at the Hamilton High Court and the need to strengthen the upper floor of the Hamilton District Court and is therefore seeking responses from suitably qualified consturction contractors for this work.
Works within the Hamilton High court are comprised of the following:
• Refurbishment of the Custodial staff room
• Construction of new MOJ compliant reception
• Emergency lighting upgrade to both buildings
• Dycore slab repair to be undertaken in the Hamilton District Court
• Seismic Upgrade works to underside of roof plant room to Hamilton District Court.
Due to operational requirements all works in the Hamilton High Court are to be undertaken out of hours between the dates of 4th March 2020 and 29th May 2020.
Strengthening works in the Hamilton District court are to be completed between 20th March 2020 and 29th May 2020 and can be undertaken during normal working hours, with the portion above the main stairs being completed first.
