Tender Description
The City of Melbourne invites commercial organisations (individual or consortia) to participate in an Expressions of Interest process for the provision of 15,000m-20,000m NLA of office accommodation for City of Melbourne staff by 2024.
The project provides respondents the potential opportunity to enter into a long-term partnership with Victoria's longest-standing council.
The City of Melbourne will consider a variety of delibery mechanism including concession, sale and lease back, land swap or other innovative solution. Office accommodation must be within close proximity of the Melbourne Town Hall and options could include:
i. Delivery od a new Council House 1 building aligned with the existing Bourke Street Prcint Redevelopment scheme;
ii. Delivery of an alternative scheme on Council freehold site/s in Bourke and Little Collins Streets;
iii. Any other innovative options that meet the City of Melbourne's office accommodation objectives and policies.
