Tender Description
Parks Victoria requires the provision of Professional Services to support the delivery of the St Kilda Pier Redevelopment.
The RFT will seek tenders from organisations/consortiums to provide architectural, engineering, statutory planning,geotechnical, heritage, environmental and cost planning services to undertake design, prepare construction contract documentation and obtain statutory approvals for the project.
The project includes:
- A new curved pier into the bay
- Tiered seating
- Elevated platform for penguin viewing
- New back-of-house facilities
- Demolition of existing pier.
The existing St Kilda Pier is located on Pier Road, St Kilda, Victoria.
