Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Primary means of condensate offloading shall be via tandem mooring and floating hose system located on the stern of the FPSO using OCIMF Tandem Mooring and Offloading Guidelines ship to ship transfer methods. The transfer hose shall reach the midship manifold of a standard Aframax offloading tanker.
