Cartage Services: Water and Quarry Products

⁠⁠⁠The Surf Coast Shire Council invites tender from suitably experienced contractors for the cartage of quarry products and water cart services, (including fully maintained plant, labour and equipment) for short term periods, to supplement Council's own plant for road construction and maintenance on an as required basis.

The cartage of quarry products and water cart services are in relation to road and open space construction and maintenance projects, at various sites within the Surf Coast Shire.(The supply cost of quarry materials does not form part of this contract).

The Contract shall operate on a schedule of rates basis, for an initial contract term of seventeen (17) months, with a potential one (1) year extension.
Tenderers may elect to apply for either, or both types of cartage services i.e. water cart and/or cartage of quarry products.
Council may select either a single contractor or a panel of multiple contractors to provide the required Services. There is no guarantee of work, or of an invitation to quote associated with acceptance to the cartage of quarry products and water cartage services panel.

Tenders must be completely uploaded into the electronic tender box by the closing time. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
Tenders not complying with the requirements - for example, tenders submitted by facsimile or email, will not be accepted.
