Tender Description
Community Housing Victoria Limited invites tenders for external painting of the entire Ferntree Gully Estate, located at 10a Burwood Highway Ferntree Gully.
The proposed contract includes the preparation and painting of exisitng painted surfaces. The extent of the works includes of;
- external surfaces only;
- external walls and ceilings;
- doors, doorways porches and verandahs;
- fascia and bargeboards;
- eaves, soffits;
- handrails, railings, fences;
- downpipes;
- line marking in parking areas, carports;
- and other directed from site visit;
Site visits will be complusory for those wishing to submit tenders, to be located on site at 10a Burwood Highway Ferntree Gully. 9:00am 24th Janurary 2020
