Tender Description
This Early Tenders Advice (ETA) is for the Department of Communities (Communities) desire to procure a Multi-Agency Family and Domestic Voiolence (FDV) Case and Incident Management System. The proposed IT system would support case management for various user levels for the Department of Communities, FDV Response Teams and FDV One-Step Hubs* and offer the following functionality/features:
- General Case Management Features that would be accessed by multiple support service agencies that address legal and financial matters, alcohol and other drugs, mental health, counselling, disability, cultural needs, and housing.
- General Incident Management Features (required for FDV Response Teams)
- Security - offering Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Reporting
- Usability
- Data Fields
