Central Goldfields Shire Council (the Council) seeks an appropriately qualified contractor to carry out alterations to the Maryborough Sports and Leisure Centre (the Centre) which is located within the Maryborough Sports and Leisure Centre at 40 Gillies Street Maryborough.

The Council operates the Centre which is a multi-purpose indoor facility that is provided for the community of the Shire. The centre features a two court stadium, indoor pool, gym area and all associated facilities.

People of all abilities across a range of sports access the centre. It is therefore a busy facility with various operational areas that are open 7 days a week. The works must be carried out to minimise the impact on the facility and its users.
