Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) require a 6x3 metre LED screen to be installed at Airlie Beach Lagoon, Airlie Beach, Queensland 4802.
Council have purchased the 6x3 metre full outdoor LED screen (screen only) and is seeking tender responses to take over the support of this screen and complete the installation (including engineering) and ongoing service and maintenance to create an outdoor cinema solution to be installed at the Airlie Lagoon.
The use case for the solution will include:
- Promotional material/advertising of community events
- News feeds
- Screening of outdoor movies
- Screening of free to air television
- Audio announcements and presentations
Post the warranty period an annual support and maintenance contract is required to maintain the solution. The maintenance contract will be offered for an initial twelve (12) month period with four (4) additional twelve-month extensions at Councils discretion.
The solution will comprise of an estimated 6x3 metres full outdoor screen (council supplied item) with sound system (tender to supply), mounted to an existing structure (engineered and certified).
