Expression of Interest to develop and deliver major Spring time festival

⁠⁠⁠The City of Ballarat is seeking a highly qualified creative consultancy to develop and deliver a major festival and/or series of activations that will engage with visitors and locals alike.

Taking inspiration from visual festivals such as Passages Insolites in Quebec, creative based events such as the Cannes Lion Festival of Creativity https://www.canneslions.com/, and informative and discussion-based events such as Festival of Dangerous Ideas in Sydney, Council is seeking to develop an event of similar stature. It is envisaged that the event will create a safe space to investigate and activate ‘bigger, better, bolder’ ways of thinking.
