Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department is seeking an organisation to provide a range of business support and submissions analysis services to support the delivery of the independent review of the EPBC Act.
The successful supplier will provide a mix of services, expertise and personnel covering four key areas:
- Administrative support to the review secretariat, particularly during peak periods.
- Detailed project planning and sequencing support for peak periods.
- Advice on submission management and analysis – delivery of a submissions management plan and workflow.
- Support to manage and analyse submissions, including the use of automated content harvesting and machine learning.
Successful suppliers will be expected to work closely with Departmental staff and the personnel from other contracted partners, as required.
While some of the support services required are more certain in timing and volume, others will vary depending on the nature and level of stakeholder engagement with the review.
