Tender Description

Council invite companies to download tender documentation and submit a tender for the abovementioned contract.

Please ensure tender submissions are submitted before the tender close date and time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The scope of works for this contract include but are not limited to the following:

  • Contractor Preliminaries & Establishment;
  • Demolition of existing site, Site preparation and Earthworks
  • External Services & Drainage
  • Hardworks (concrete & gravel surfaces, rocks, edging, sand pit)
  • Furniture, Fencing and Bollards
  • Rubber surfaces & soft-fall
  • Soil preparation, Mulching & Grassing
  • Planting supply and install
  • End of project clean-up / 'make good'
  • 13-week maintenance of site.

All works shall be completed in accordance with the documents provided in the Tender Package.
