The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup (Shire) is offering an exciting opportunity to experienced contractors who have the expertise and vision to undertake the design and construction works for the restoration/extension of the existing Heritage Goods Shed and surrounding Heritage Precinct landscaping. The completed project is intended to create an asset that will provide a range of benefits to the local community and act as a drawcard for visitors.
The budget for the works covered within this RFT is $1.7 million (exc. GST); tenders that exceed this sum may be rejected. The target completion date for the project is March 2021.
This RFT is seeking a single contractor with their appointed team to design, document and construct the works in consultation with the Shire and their stakeholders.
