This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Technical Business Analyst / Data Analyst will work within a small project team to deliver a new technology / data platform which supports the national surveillance and outbreak management of communicable diseases.
The BA will work under direction of the Project Manager, and closely with Data Managers and stakeholders to:
• identify and review existing ‘As Is’ documentation;
• elicit and document accurate system requirements and workflows;
• ensure data models, data migration strategies and data quality measures are documented;
• produce user stories and use cases and work closely with technical staff to facilitate understanding to enable development activities;
• understand and document system integration requirements and processes;
• identify and evaluate potential solutions (COTS products, platforms, BI tools etc);
• produce user / training material, user test plans and cases and other project documentation as required;
• assist with user testing and training and other change management activities as required;
• Assist with the implementation of new platforms / BI tools and data migration efforts.
The Technical Business Analyst / Data Analyst will develop strong professional relationships with all stakeholders to the project and will be required to liaise and present to audiences (including external and Senior Executives).
