This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Social Services (DSS) require a review of the current status and the development of recommendations as to the suitability of the current Test Tools in use within the DSS, and identification of more suitable tools where appropriate (in terms of functionality, cost, training/upskilling, integration across Business/Dev/Test).
The objective is to address the systems supporting the quality management and assurance aspects of the DSS IT applications. The key outcome of the engagement will be a Transition Plan to move the DSS onto an upgraded (or alternate) test tools solution that will support the DSS in delivery of quality assurance services.
