This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Comcare seeks a managed service provider to manage the IT infrastructure (Dell EMC compute and storage) across two Canberra data centres and the hypervisor layer (VMWare vSphere) and the virtual servers (almost all Windows Server 2012 or later). The services are to be provided from Australia by AGSVA cleared Australian citizens.
The system hosts data classified up to and including Official – DLM (previously Unclassified – DLM). Comcare is actively migrating applications to the cloud and plans to retire the majority of the infrastructure layer in 2023.
Currently there are 469 virtual servers across 5 environments (Development x 45, Test x 105, Staging x 64, Production x 229 and DMZ x 26).
