RFQ 49-20 Digital Platform Implementation Services for National Sport Organisations (Dynamics 365)

⁠⁠⁠Sport Australia is creating a Sport Industry Accelerator (SIX) that will provide a template or reference implementation for National Sport Organisations that they can use to implement a best-of-breed digital platform for their sport based on the Microsoft Power Platform. A Beta version 1 (MVP) of the accelerator has been developed, including a Dynamics 365 managed solution and accompanying data model, which has been piloted with one sport.

Sport Australia requires Dynamics 365 solution design and implementation services to develop a Beta version 2 of the accelerator, upgrade the pilot sport’s accelerator to version 2, and implement the accelerator for an additional four sports by 30 June 2020.
The implementation will adopt an agile methodology and be delivered through a single core blended delivery team, supported by an extended delivery team provided by each of the sports.

A two-phase delivery approach will be adopted, with an initial six-week discovery phase across the individual sports, followed by an implementation phase for each of the sports.
