Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The key deliverables and outcomes related to this procurement are as follows;
- Provide full operating RPA covering selected business processes.
- These processes will include automation of the following
- Download of data from external sources
- Upload of data from external sources into DPS’ Financial Management Information System (FMIS). DPS use SAP as their FMIS.
- Preparation of reporting files to upload to external sources
- Posting transactions into FMIS
- Perform data analysis of reports from FMIS, and
- Undertake data validations and reconciliations.
- Undertake a desktop review of processes within the CFO Branch functions such as payroll, procurement, management accounting, rostering and financial accounting and provide a RPA opportunity analysis.
