Tender Description
This contract is for the urban upgrade of the last section of Baverstock Road to the West from the junction with Brymer Road to 'Jacks Rise' in the east, approximately 400m long into minor arterial road status. Some existing stormwater pipework will be replaced with upsized pipes to collect water from the upgraded road drainage together with a new outfall pipeline.
Separable Portion #1 will be for the Baverstock Road upgrade section and Separable Portion #2 is for the Brymer Road footpath construction (the "Project").
