Tender Description
The Rail Project is seeking expressions of interest from appropriately qualified and experienced suppliers of risk management review consultant services.
Summary of scope of work:
Item 1. Review the existing risk management framework, including comparison with Industry Best Practice.
Item 2. Upon acceptance and approval of the Item 1 report, update risk management framework documentation where necessary or as agreed.
Item 3. Review of existing risk management processes, including compliance with regulations and comparison with Industry Best Practice. Data gathering at Adani Australia Townsville office.
Item 4. Upon acceptance and approval of the Item 3 report, update risk management processes documentation where necessary or as agreed. Training and workshops if requested. Work location as required by Adani Australia.
Item 5. Review the existing risk registers, including compliance with regulations and comparison with Industry Best Practice. Work location as required by Adani Australia.
Item 6. Upon acceptance and approval of the Item 5 report, update risk registers where necessary or as agreed. Work location to be advised by Adani Australia.
It shall be noted that this is an EOI only and the detailed scope of work shall be provided during the tender phase.
