Sunwater is seeking offers from suitably qualified building contractors for the refurbishment of Level 6, 515 St Paul's Terrace, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.

Sunwater has engaged WinEllis Projects to project manage the design, procurement and construction of the refurbishment works. The refurbishment works have been fully designed and documented by Sunwater's consultants.

The Successful Contractor will be required to coordinate and supervise the delivery, placement and installation of works during the refurbishment works. Cabling, infrastructure for IT, communications and audio-visual systems, including racks, patch panels, wall outlets, is included in the refurbishment works.
