Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Shellharbour City Council invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction and upgrade of Council's works depot in Oak Flats. The project may be suited to a civil contractor and includes asphalt woks, a new internal road link with associated concrete storage bays, parking bays, drainage improvements and fencing. Stage 2 includes a new vehicle entry off industrial road, new car parking, associated fencing, and security system.

SITE MEETING:
i) Tenders can attend a site meeting on Monday 13th January at 7:30am.
The site meeting is mandatory.
